Technology Highlights
PolaRFusionTM wireless radio platform architecture a digital centric radio has moved massive amounts of semiconductor radio's large and power-hungry analog circuits into efficient digital logic. The PolaRFusion architecture includes the advanced digital polar transceiver, an innovative flexLNA design, and a fully digital high efficiency power amplifier.
Typical Product Applications
Portable smart audio speakers, remote security cameras, sensor modules, portable patient monitoring devices, wearables and other energy critical edge-of-network wireless IoT applications that require an extreme low power direct-to-cloud connection
Product Availability
InnoPhase IoT's Talaria TWO Modules and SoC are currently in production and have completed regulatory and industrial approval. Initial products entered the market in 2019, and now multiple module products are available through our distribution channels.
Corporate Funding
The company is funded by a variety of sources including private investments and tier-one venture capital firms.
Key Technology Differentiators
Extreme low power
Offers extended battery life for cloud connected devices. Industry's only digital polar architecture, PolaRFusion, sets a new industry benchmark for low power, and maximizing battery life in energy critical wireless IoT applications.
High-level of solution flexibility
The PolaRFusion radio architecture can be applied to a wide range of industry standard wireless protocols based in software including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, NB-IoT, LTE/5G, and a host of other popular and emerging wireless standards.
Complete wireless solution integration
The efficient InnoPhase IoT digital intensive design enables the integration of almost the entire wireless solution that is found in a traditional module level product including the digital based radio, an MCU for lightweight applications, memory, I/O and RF support circuitry.
Benefits from process technology advances
The move from analog-intensive to a digital RF design means that wireless solutions can finally get onto Moore's Law Curve. Unlike traditional analog IQ radios, the digital PolaRFusion architecture will now enable radios to go to even lower levels of power use and smaller die sizes as more advanced semiconductor process nodes are used.
