The Talaria ULP multi-protocol SoCs are ideally suited to meet the consumer needs in the smart appliance market and provides a robust connectivity, sensing, processing and UI functionalities.

Why should you consider Talaria for Smart Appliances?

Multi-Protocol in a single chip

Talaria SoC supports Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread & Zigbee in a single chip enabling appliances to control a variety of devices running different wireless protocols. Also, appliance can act as a border router or gateway for devices that cannot directly connect to the internet.

Energy Efficient

Talaria SoC is the industry’s lowest power Wi-Fi connectivity solution that enables a truly always-on & always-connected system with energy efficient performance. Wi-Fi 6 features like Target Wake Time (TWT) allows appliances to sleep for a longer duration and be connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Application Processor Subsystem

Talaria SoC with MCU, flash memory, & an extensive peripheral interfaces can be used to run HMI applications, sensing algorithms, audio commands and interface with sensors all in a single SoC.

Variable Throughput

Talaria multi-band & dynamic rate adaptation algorithms provides the flexibility to adjust network throughput to handle both low throughout notifications and high throughout video capture & FOTA update tasks.

Cloud Connectivity

Talaria SDK includes fully tested networking protocols to communicate with IoT cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for remote access management. Enhanced device security & crypto accelerators facilitate secure connection & privacy.

Certified Matter Stack

Talaria SoCs are Matter certified and support various Matter device profiles. Combined with DAC certificate generation and provisioning services, they significantly reduce the TTM to build a Matter certified light switch.
